Cabin Rental Rates

ENTIRE CABIN NIGHTLY RENTAL RATES

Daily Rates for Families and Groups:

$249.00 plus tax per night for up to 8 persons.
$10 extra for each person over 8.
Maximum number of guests for any rental is 12.
2-day minimum stay required.
Can't stay 2 days? 1-day rate is $329.

Holiday rate is $279 plus tax per night.
Maximum number of guests is 8.
Minimum stays required for holidays.

Weekly rate: $1,296 for 7 nights.

Cabin Rental Policies

• Kitchen clean-up charge: $20 per day

• Reservations require a deposit equal to one night stay or 50% of multiple nights stay.

• Children are always welcome.

• Well-behaved pets are allowed by reservation with $10 per night charge.

• Smoking is permitted on the open porch and outdoors only.

• Wheelchair accessible.

• Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out before 12:00 noon.

• We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards as well as cash, traveler’s cheques and personal checks.

• Cancellation policy: If you book a reservation and cannot keep it, we will issue a gift certificate for those charges.
  The certificate is transferable and may be used for any availability within 6 months of the initial reservation. 10% cancellation fee applies to any rental.
